In episode five of the ADDtrepreneur podcast Dan speaks to Baptiste Debever, co-founder of SAAS feedback tool Feedier, about how you can use gamification to get better customer feedback.

Baptiste talks about why he decided to build a better customer feedback tool, why you should stop doing boring surveys, hiring a remote team, and much more.

We also talk about how his team launched an AppSumo deal in 2018 and reached thousands of new customers, but the problems that brought as they struggled to deal with the influx of new customers and their requests whilst still working on building their product and improving it.

If you want to see Baptiste’s product live in action on a website you can click on the feedback button in the bottom left corner of your screen and complete our short survey to tell us your experiences with the ADDtrepreneur website so far.

I signed up for the freemium version of Feedier whilst doing some research on Baptiste ahead of the show and I have to say I’m impressed so far.

They’ve nailed the interface, it looks great. It’s super easy to use too and they’ve got some templates so you can get started straight away.

The onboarding emails are useful too. Take a look, grab yourself a free account and let me know what you think. Head over to Feedier.com and get started in just a few minutes and use the discount code ADDtrepreneur if you want to jump straight into one of their paid plans.

It really is a great customer feedback product and I look forward to watching it grow and develop in the future.

Massive thanks to Baptiste for taking time out of his day to talk with me and share his insights into running a saas business.
